How do you recommend applying your product. Do we dilute it with water ? What are the proportions for applying to say an orchard?

Hi there, i am struggling to understand how there is enough bacteria in 50mls of liquid to cover a Ha? I know it must be diluted and that the bacteria must multiple…. Can you please explain the process.

      Great question.

We’re not trying to add enough bacteria to complete the job. We’re trying to add enough bacteria to start the job. Remember that bacteria are alive and multiply very rapidly. Under ideal conditions they can multiply as fast as every 20 minutes. Our bacterial and fungal products are essentially seeds. We count on the microbes growing, multiplying and thriving in the soil.

As for the numbers, B5 has 1 x 10(8) bacteria per ml. This is 100,000,000 per milliliter. For the 50 ml bottle this means 5,000,000,000 or 5 billion bacteria. This is more than enough bacteria to colonize one hectare of farmland.

      Thanks

Are there specific bio mix to assist in the breakdown of clay soils? I have a great deal of dead and dying Ash trees. Is there a mix to help breakdown sawdust/wood chips into a product that can be used to assist with clay soil? Brown biomatter, leaves, twigs to compost accelerant?

Lee – Our Biota Max will help break down the ash trees. It contains 4 types of Trichoderma fungi. Trichoderma will break down the woody material in the ash trees returning the nutrients to the soil.
